The Problem

Firstly, the realm is at war.

However, more importantly, there's a large amount of money missing from the treasury.

Let's take a moment to imagine how large. Imagine the amount of gold that you can carry with an effort. You're an Amberite, so you can lift more than that. No, more again. Right.

That's about a twentieth of what's missing.

The Solution

War Bonds. If Culver can't find who's responsible, he can put off disaster by taking money from people to fund the war.

Unresolved Stuff

Who's responsible! I'm open to suggestions and/or volunteers.

Also, my feeling is that I should put it out there OOC somehow that I'm hiding a large loss of liquidity. I don't have a clear conception of how to do that. Thoughts?
